    Toshiba 37E200U

I got this in the other day and I searched the forum and found no info. This power supply board is a Pk101V1500I and is used in many Toshiba's. This unit ate a few fuses before I traced down the problem. There is diode that is a Transient-voltage suppression diode. It is labeled V51D1 or U51D1, and is located next to The bridge IC. It was shorted and I removed it. I don't have a cross for it but The tv fired up on my test bench with out it. I see this power supply is used in many Toshiba's. Does anyone have a cross for it? Thanks for all the tips. I hope this helps someone. This tv was built in April of 2010.

Hi, i was just wondering if anyone ever got back to you about your post. I too have the same diode problem The markings on my diode were 'KIV 462'. However my initial internet search has led me to nothing.

Any 200~300V TVS should work e.g.
