    philips 37 pfl 9603d tv

    The LED which in the front of the screen blinks 9 times BUT Tv doesn't work and Stand by indicator is NOT ACTIVE!! Plus,I ve changed all capacitors on the power supply But my error has been going on.Please help me about this problem.Thanks from now on for your help
