Samsung LA26B450 TV won't turn on.

Samsung LA26B450 TV won't turn on:

The TV does not power on. I've found that the one of the fuse( FS801S

250V/T6.3AH) is open, so I replace it. Also check by eyes, the capacitors are

all good, no expanded.

Not sure where to look, so any assistance is appreciated.

When you replaced the fuse, did the new one blow?

Can you try and take a picture which is more in focus? A good idea is to take the power supply out into sunlight or on a window ledge, and turn the flash off. Set camera to macro if the feature is available.
