Westinghouse TX-47F430S slightly off color around border.

I have a 47" westinghouse that i just repaired and notice that about 1/2inch border all around the screen the color is slightly off. Its not very visible unless your looking directly at it but it runs the entire perimeter of the screen. Is this somewhat normal or is this a possible hardware issue.

It could be T-con or it could be unevenness of the liquid crystal or polarisers in the LCD panel (happens with cheap LCD panels.)
