    Samsung LN40A550P3FXZA

I have a Samsung LCD TV that's recently started acting up...I suspect PS capacitors, but I haven't removed the back and IP board yet to check. It powers up normally, and after it has been running for 10-30 minutes I hear a snap, the picture freezes, then see red and green horizontal lines(remote control doesn't work when this occurs). After a few seconds, it will power itself down and then power up again only to repeat the previously described sequence. I have two questions: would this likely be the output filters on the PS board? Secondly, where can I obtain a complete service manual for this model including schematics? Thank in advance for any help.

It might be caps on the power supply, but I would look elsewhere if there are no obvious bad caps on the power supply. Samsung had a problem with power supply caps in some models, but these are not the typical symptoms.
