New member here...
Not a TV tech, but I am an engineer and ham operator, so electronics is not foreign.
I have a Toshiba 26HL47 that blew the switching supply.
Fuse if blown and at least one bulk power cap CE10 (?) and C810 (?)
TV was working, but began to have a high pitched buzz then it blew. I believe it experienced a power surge as we lost several other devices as well.
Questions: Can I get a service manual for this TV or a schematic? What else should I look for as faults? Do you normally work with no data or can schematics be found?

Have you checked all the fuses of which there are a lot on the board. 5 off 5 Amp, 1 off 1Amp.

I would also check any ceramic resistors and those similar to R805.

What is the IC next to L806 / L807
