Looking for some help.
I have a 50PC1DRA that has recently headed south. Recently I was gone for the weekend. When I got back, I turned my TV on. Only the picture came up with no sound. I powered it back down and then back on. Then after some time, the sound kicked in.
The next night I tried to power it up. It went from standby, green light in the front, a couple of clicks and then back to standby. Ever since it has only done the power cycling.
Doing some basic trouble shooting, I removed the back cover to determine the issue. It looks like I had some bulging caps on the power board. After some research, I thought the issue could be fixed with a new power board. I order it and installed it the other day. This did not fix the issue.
Does anyone have any other solutions or ideas that I could try?
Any help would be appreciated.
