I am delving into the design of switch mode power supplies and I desperately need some decent reading material regarding the design of them. In particular, I'm interested in creating a cascaded buck/push-pull supply, very much like the system depicted on page 21 of the following link:

The output voltage is going to be high voltage. Recommendations are very much welcome.
