FAN 007 error at UPS Eaton ( in my case EX 3000 RT )

Hi, there!
I'd like to share my recent experience with FAN 007 error on 2 pcs. UPS Eaton EX 3000 RT.
I tried different ways to resolve it:
changed the fan with equal ( didn't find the same ) - didn't efect
put a resistor betwin + and graund on el.motor ( to simulate the same statick resist ) - didn't efect
add capasitor ( as a filter ) - didn't efect
and the end - simply changed the ball bearings on original fans ( there are 2 pcs on a fan ) and clean them and UPS's continued to work perfeckt.

I think, this way is fast and cheap, and will be work in many similar cases with fan error.
