Hello guys please help me, i want to find what parts should i fix because one of the chip is getting ground but then i tried to remove and then test it the actual board is grounded.. please help..

note: the laptop is still powering on..

You will need to post more detailed information.

1) what is the brand name of your laptop?

2) what markings are on your logic board to identify the model and possibly the manufacturer?

3) which part is getting shorted? What is the history of the unit?

4) does the unit show video on power up?
