The pdf file has notes on it like "Check with Mike". This makes me believe that there probably was a later revision. Do either of you have a revision after SA of the pdf schematic? TIAComment

It had liquid contact and owner dried it up. Dried it so hard that keyboard is all wavy...
I've found one drop on motherboard near B+ capacitor, it wasn't short.
But motherboard works exactly 60 seconds and turns it self off. Not overheating just exactly 60 seconds. Normally I would say its ME Region problem, but CPU is AMD...
