Hello, please help! I have a board with no power. I found the short but don't know what I'm dealing with.

LENOVO E15 THINKPAD

Hi there!
Did you figure it out?
I have short on the RFCPB chip (pin 7, the corner gets hot) but I'm not sure if it's faulty chip (3.3V power) or somewhere further.
Any help would be appreciated.
