Need detailed schematics of sony vaio SVE15125CNB has Z50CR MBX-266 motherboard

    Hi everyone,
As i have hannstar j, Z50CR MB sony mbx266 mother board for SVE15125CNB model.
Recently it was hit by a rootkit/bootkit virus, which flashed bios, and made it idle as when power switch was pressed it just on and off every 2 seconds, no display, then i flashed bios and removed hdd, laptop was power on and it booted everything worked good, but when hdd connected it again went into same state no display, on and off. Again i flashed bios and this time i booted usb with anti virus and then connected hdd and virus were detected and deleted, but when restarted it again went into same state no display , on and off. This time i flashed bios and hdd removed . Laptop was on and sudden a spark was heared and it was just fan was running no dispaly for some time and then off and never power on no led blink , i check the voltage the out put of 1st mosfet is zero. And near battery terminal i found some sparks coded "20R0" two are look like damaged. Can any one help me please, my laptop is dead now, what is "20R0". I have attached image, please check and help and there is no voltage supply to charging ic. And also help me in finding why these "20R0" got short.

And Bq25a charger ic pin 20 vcc is showing continuty to ground, is that ok or a problem

20R0=20 Ohms Resistor. VCC pin showing shorted is sure indication of problem.

Hi sir, can you guide me to sort out the problem, is it the charging ic damaged or anyother which is before charging ic and also if 20r0 is resistor then can i know its wattage and tolerence.

Why you need so much of info?? Do you think replacing those 20R0 resistor will solve your problem?? Absolutely NO. Just replace those 2 resistor with 20 Ohms resistor with same package, ie size. VCC, pin20 of bq is shorted-so very likely you have short on +19V rail. Do check that. The mb is in your hand and we can only give a guidance. Rest you have to find on your own.

You can use this schematic for reference. However, this is not an exact schematic but almost 90% similar.

Ok sir , I have removed the charging ic and check the terminals and found that 20 pin has shorted to ground as 20 pin and 14 pin shown continuty. After removing ic i have check the input of vcc point on mb and it gave 19v and resistors are now no continuty to ground. Is that the 19v rail is ok ?

Measure resistance on drain of any upper side mosfet. If the resistance is high, then +19V rail is ok. To be sure, ,easure resistance on PR4004 as thats the CLR for +19V rail. I think your 19v rail is still shorted.

Sir, resistance were measured and found high for mosfets, and for resistors PR4004, PR4005 are 2.8 ohms they are coded on top as "SR1".

If PR4004 shows 2.8Ohms that means your +19V rail is shorted. The drian of upper side mosfet cannot show high resistance when PR4004 is showing low ohms. Perhaps, you dont know how to read schematic-so i'll suggest to take it to a professional repair shop instead of killing the mb.

Ok, i again measured the resistance and found that 1st mosfet is showing resistance slowly increasing from 28 ohms to higher values.
