Need schematic for lenovo ideapad S210 B5290 rev 1.3

This is my first time asking here
I have a problem on my logic board which when i plug the power, the resistor (maybe) around TP121 and TP_AN1 is getting hot. But i dont know exactly the right component is. And then, there is so many caps shorted in some tracks.
I hope somebody can help me out of this problem...
