Also i cant find this ic schematic, i found test point for this ic show unstable (1v then drop to 0v, 3.3v to 0v)

Does anyone have boardview for this ?
I cant find what cause this laptop dead because mosfet 4c09 always buzzing (tried replace it but problem still exist)
