asus UL80VT rev 3.1 need schematic or boardview

guys do you have boardview for asus ul80vt rev3.1 thanks in advance
my problem is no output voltage in rt8206a no 3v and 5v..i think is has short on 3v rail..
vin pin 19v check,,already replaced rt8206a but nothing happens
