HP Stream 13" - TPN-Q155 - Schematic DAY0BCMB6D0

Hello guys,

I have the notebook mentioned in the title with NO POWER problem. There is no light, blink or any kind of this signs, it's completely silent.
The motherboard is DAY0BCMB6D0 REV: D.
The 3,3v on the power button are present. The battery is completely discharged and doesn't charge when the ac is plugged in.
I assume that the EC flash (winbond 25x10clnig) it's the faulty one in here, it has 1.4v on pin 1 and pin 8.
I'll appreciate if someone could help with a datasheet for this mobo or an dump for the EC, or any kind of information/suggestion about this kind of problem.

Unfortunately no schematic or boardview are available at the moment,
send the hp driver link of the exact model and the corrupt bios files.
