Need boardview for acer aspire v3-771g HELP

Hi frieds.I have to repair laptop motherboard from acer v3-771g the motherboard is PEGATRON va70/vg70, I have schematic but motherboard doesnt have prited marks near componets.So schematic is usless.Any idea? Or someone who can help?

Motherboard doesnt have power at all no 3v no 5v only 19v on few componets,rest of components read max 0.77V. Even on chip TPS for 3 and 5v on vin came 0.33V.

Laptop is from my friend adapter die,he replace with another but he is bad electrian and he connect positive and negative together.So fried mobo. I check visible nothig to see fried and no component that overheating.
