Problem´s with my ProBook 650 G4

I recently had problems with my old HP ProBook 650 G4.
It didnt boot anymore, no splashscreen, no beep nothing. checked the RAM in another Laptop, work´s fine. Disconnectet everything, discharged every Cap. Nothing works.
does anyone have a tip for me?

Try a CMOS reset, reply if you get screen while trying the following:

1. Plug in the AC adapter.
2. Turn off the computer and wait for at least five seconds.
3. Press and hold the Windows key + v key-press combination.
4. While pressing the keys, press and hold the power button for at least two seconds but no more than three seconds.
5. Release the power button, but do not release the Windows key + v key-press combination until the CMOS Reset screen is displayed and/or you hear beeping sounds.
