DELL Latitude 5420 Notebook Rugged schematics

Hi,

I'm working on the TPM chip in a Dell Latitude 5420 Rugged. It contains a NPCT754J chip, but I cannot find pin-out for this chip. I have checked the service manual; https://cdn.badcaps-static.com/pdfs/...5084d1e290.pdf - but it's not detailed enough to contain this information.

I've also checked Novoton's own documentation of the chip here; https://www.badcaps.net/download/?id=1224ce43 and here; https://www.badcaps.net/download/?id=8b45bd66 - but this also does not contain information about the pin-out.

Does anyone here have board schematics for this laptop or pin-out specification for the actual TPM chip?

No it`s not that, probably this. I don`t think the schematic is available at this time.
