DELL Latitude 5420 Notebook Rugged schematics

Hi,

I'm working on the TPM chip in a Dell Latitude 5420 Rugged. It contains a NPCT754J chip, but I cannot find pin-out for this chip. I have checked the service manual; https://dl.dell.com/topicspdf/latitu...nual_en-us.pdf - but it's not detailed enough to contain this information.

I've also checked Novoton's own documentation of the chip here; https://csrc.nist.gov/CSRC/media/pro.../140sp3187.pdf and here; https://commoncriteriaportal.org/fil...-2018_61en.pdf - but this also does not contain information about the pin-out.

Does anyone here have board schematics for this laptop or pin-out specification for the actual TPM chip?

No it`s not that, probably this. I don`t think the schematic is available at this time.
