Acer Predator 17 G9-793-79PE Model N15P4 HELP Please

Hello, I am having a problem with this Acrer Predator 17. Power cable doesn't Protect turn off, but Laptop will not power on. Found a Chip 95829 HRTZ W602AHC
That appears "Blowen" with Cap next that looks Blowen or covered in "Burnt smoke". I also found that the Ribbon cable that goes to the power button and LED lights has
Burnt pins too. Looking for Help on this as I do not have any modern equipment to work
on the newer electronics. Schematics would help a lot.

After looking at the Pinout on the Schematic It looks like the 5V-SUS and 3VAC lines that goto the power button and leds has shorted??? But I don't see a short on the pins YET. My probes are kinda big for these little pins so I need to find another point on the board to check.
