Sorry for the late reply - had to go hunting for it and ended up getting it from the Lenovo parts website based on my serial number. I believe it is 5B21H85881. The full product name is 'Lenovo BDPLANAR MBC21DJ WIN I51235UMA8G_NTRM WW'.
