The 3.3V/5V are present, the voltages on IT5125VG are present, the voltage on pwr_btn is OK.
No boot.

Did you solve this? I have the same problem after replacing kbc, it's looks like kbc pulling down SUSC_EC# for some reason, but I don't know why...
