short update, after receiving the display, the card work's, load windows, work's only on igpu, the driver for gpu show's code43, still need the schematics and boardview! thank's

This board was donated to me in a known non-working state. In its previous life it was used as a mining board, so I suspected bad caps and a relatively easy fix.
