this is my first post, so if I make mistakes please do not hesitate to point them out, thank you in advance.
I got a Dell Latitude 5420 (Service Tag: 7RFM6D3, Motherboard: GDF40 LA-491P Rev.: 2.0 (A01)) which does not start and I want to repair it. These are the symptoms:
If the laptop is only connected to the AC adapter (battery removed):
When I press the power button, the keyboard backlight and the display backlight are turning on. Caps key light is lightning, but key does not respond to pressing it.

Its my own fault, I'm just hoping somebody can help and the laptop isn't bricked.
The BIOS chip is a 25rh256cxiq, I read it using neoprogrammer 2.2.0.10 but like a complete idiot didn't search the chip, it was set to the wrong chip, I read the BIOS, unlocked it, flashed the unlocked file and now the laptop is dead, won't even try to power on, only after I'd flashed it I realised the wrong chip was selected.
How stuffed am I? Is there a way to flash a generic Dell Latitude 5420 BIOS so I'm not stuck with a dead paper weight?

I'm working on the TPM chip in a Dell Latitude 5420 Rugged. It contains a NPCT754J chip, but I cannot find pin-out for this chip. I have checked the service manual; https://dl.dell.com/topicspdf/latitu...nual_en-us.pdf - but it's not detailed enough to contain this information.
