Schematic HP Omen 15-DH0038TX

I have a problem with my laptop.
My problem is the laptop keep showing blue screen after 1 min of successful windows load. The blue screen comes after nothing stress/pressures my CPU or GPU (with windows or without ssd/hdd). I need to put pressures/stress the CPU to prevent from the Blue Screen and later all works well. I will need to repeat this process every time I need to use my laptop.

Therefore, may I request for the board diagram/schematic or board view for Hp Omen 15-DH0038TX from anyone? I need to try to check the voltage of each components to know whether there is any insufficient voltages problem. Attach herewith the details of the board.
