    Dell XPS 13 7390 2-in-1 DDP31 LF-G175P Boardview and Schematics

I am looking for the Boardview and Schematics for my Dell XPS 13 7390 2-in-1 Motherboard: DDP31 LF-G175P Rev: 1.0(A00). It is stuck on Dell Logo, Keyboard lights working, Fans spinning continuously. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think LF-G175P is the model number for the fingerprint reader. Look for the model number on the motherboard.

You are right. The motherboard model number is DDP31 LA-G172P Rev: 1.0(A00), which I now see is discussed in another thread and has the Boardview diagram and schematics. Thanks for catching that.

As per the schematics of DDP31 LA-G172P, there is supposed to be Winbond W25Q256JVEIQ_WSON8_8X6 32MB SPI ROM chip at UH8, but in my motherboard of the same model I see Gigadevice 25B256DYIGR 32MB at UH8. I also see three other Winbond chips 25Q64JVIQ of 8MB at different locations in the motherboard. Do I flash the Gigadevice 25B256DYIGR with new BIOS? I have enclosed some photos for reference.

Have you figured out which chip contains the BIOS ?
I'm having the same problem right now.
