Dell 3510 Mockingbird , Service tag problem

Hi all,
I've got a problem on a dell 3510, after removing password i cannot add service tag in manufacturing mode.
I can enter the service tag in bios, but when applying changes it disapear and cannot save it, laptop stay in manufacturing mode, any help would be great

Inspiron or vostro. Post your service tag. Try this, enter your service tag ,go to dell support and download the bios update,run the exe to update ,after reboot close manuf mode with alt+f

I will try soon but already updated bios through the bios itself with USB key.
it is a latitude, service tag is 4XYYX93

This file is already Configured! where's your original file with password?
