tried with above file it turns on then off and does not turn on again if tried force start still same

I can fix the bios for you but this is an Inspiron 7380 thread, look for an Inspiron 7580 thread and post a request there, if not already create a new one.

Hello Guys.
I have a problem with my laptop DELL inspiron 7380.
It hade a problem with my old bios, ( no display) , but the battery was charging, now with another bios from the top of this page the laptop is working fine,, but the battery isn't charging.
In bios is a error message " Not a dell Battery"
Here are the 2 bios , first is my old one, and the second is with the battery issue
Please help!

But till now he never used it and played on an old iPhone. Yesterday he asked to play on "his" computer and as I turned it on I forgot this password. I saw that some people received help here, so I try my luck also before I throw the laptop away. If anyone can provide me a password, it would be highly appreciated.
