Its an old model,its more likely to have a seperate password IC ,such as 24RF08 or similar
It could be any of these 93C46, C4C61, 24C01, 24C03, 24RF08, 24RF08 equivalent P24S08, PS08, L08, 08 as well as LSI EEPROM PC8394T and 8356908
