I need BIOS for Flex 5-14ITL05 Laptop (ideapad) - Type 82HS (82HS010XIX)
I cannot use the .exe file because I cannot log in to Windows

Well . You can see on Youtube how to use RT809H, RT809F or CH341A to read and write data to the bios chip. Then buy one that reads data from your bios chip and post it here, we'll fix it.

I thought that you could somehow convert the .exe file to a .cap file

I can't, bios repair requires the device's original bios file (even if it's damaged) so you should buy a programmer and learn how to use it.
