I see your file has an extra data in the end, also it's not good.
Did you tried the files in Post #16?

Now I'm at home, I don't have access to ch341a, so I inserted this file into the bios installer from Acer, I don't think it helped

I checked your firmware file - I filled in the same one. Compared in the hex editor.
Maybe try to fix my bios dump by deleting the lines from below. Can it help?

Your Backup doesn't contain Serial Number, is it your Original BIOS?
The files in post #13 and #16 are Virgin BIOS, so they should works fine.
I think if you program back your Backup the device will not work at all, not just a late display.
