    Latitude 9410 after windows update, died. It is stuck on Dell logo and reboots only, it charges and reboots

                    Thank you but I think it might have other hardware problems. It is doing the same. Might even change the Ec chip just to try.

                        Hi, rule out peripherals like the mouse, keyboard, and memory; sometimes it's something like that.
