Hi,

After the bios update, my computer shut down and when it boots up, the Dell logo keeps showing up. Then it resets by itself and nothing happens. Can someone please help me?Thank you.

Could you help me with this BIOS? The BIOS is programmed and displays the image correctly, but it turns off and on again, but displays color video: white, red, green, and blue. Could you provide the service tag, since I read a forum that said that could be it?

when i turn on the laptop, the machine reports a bios error as in the attached photo. i loaded another bios file, plugged in only the charger or battery, the machine runs ok, but if i plug in both the charger and the battery, the machine shuts down and reports the error as in the photo, i suspect the bios type has a problem

original bios led code 3 yellow 6 white ,, I tried several bios above the machine runs normally but every time I update Windows it doesn't recognize the hard drive ,,, loading another bios it recognizes the drive but updating Windows it doesn't recognize it ,, help me!!!
