Lenovo x270 post problem help!!

Dear all

i have the above laptop which sometimes enters bios and sometimes does not
or freeze at POST. all voltages at coils seem to be ok.
i assume bios corruption.

i am attaching bios files.
does anyone has BIN file for it

I have tried this file BUT NOTHING. same problem
i notice PL402 has no voltage.there are 2 coils near cpu one has 1.17v and the other has nothing BUT there is no short.

Is the model type Type 20HN,20HM or something else.Post the serial number

Laptop s/n is PC-0R20ED
motherboard DX270 NM-B061
Model 20HN-002UCY

i have one question.
somebody gave me 2 bios files for this.
one says X270 DX270 NM-B061 Bios size 16384 bytes
and the second x270 DX270 NM-B061 ECROM.bin 192kb
do i have to program both eproms!

for now i just used yours and programmed only one.

Sorry for my question

the first bios w25q128 is the bios near cpu. that is clear for me to download and program it.

what about ec.bin file.

do i need to program the other bios also 25Q80 with this bin file!
do i have to do anything else after that!

Programming w25Q128 with the file 16384kb and 25q80 with the file 192kb (original file is 1024kb) laptop power on but still no POST

Don`t know whats on the 1MB 25Q80 chip,maybe USB or thunderbolt firmware.I hope you made a backup of it,because you need to flash it back. The 192KB file is the EC firmware to flash to the MEC1653 chip.

Depends what programmer you have.You can`t program it with a CH341a, you need a Vertyanov JIG ,SVOD3/4,RT809H

I have rt809f. I guess that does support it!

DO I FLASH IT SAME WAY AS BIOS!
