Asus X705mb - not turning on

Hi everyone,

If anyone has the time and tools, please take a look at this bios.
I'd like to know what's wrong with it or if it should be working, what else can be the problem.
I added a theoretically working dump as well for comparison.

Thanks for your help.
I also have extracted and tried the Intel image from the bios update with UEFITool, but I'll try yours as I'm not sure I did everything correctly.

I wrote these bioses on the chip (erase->blank check->program->verify) but the situation is the same, nothing changed.
