Toshiba (Dynabook) Satellite Pro A40-D Issue

I've an A40-D Tosh Sat Pro which I would like to change the boot sequence on but it has the BIOS locked and I don't know the Supervisor password.

As far as I can see, here's no way to obtain a response solution to this as it's a fairly recent machine (2018?) and when I generate a Challenge, the standard (5x5 character matrix isn't there, instead there's several lines of characters, about 200+ I'd guess.

Am I correct in thinking this can't be overcome?

PS, When it is powered on I'm getting a Windows BCD Error, Code 0xc0000034, hence I want to try and access the SSD from a USB to ascertain the issue.

I’ve been able to solve this particular problem. I contacted an IT person at the previous owners and asked directly for the password. As this version of laptop has now been superseded, the IT pro kindly gave me the password.
I suppose if you don’t ask, you don’t get.
