You are not allowed to do that because Dell saves the password in the BIOS file.

If you write back your original locked BIOS there will always be a password.

You have to write the unlocked file and then enter the service tag, restart and exit with alt + f.

Thank you Markus1741 for your help. The dump you sent works. For first I wrote back the original flash by mistake. That is why it was still locked. Thanks once again.
