Hey i bought a bios Locked New Old Toughbook CF53 , and i dont have any Knowledge , to desolder or Program anything , i tried multiple times on Programms and other stuff , but i have no clue what i do ,

So i thought just ask for help , ?

i tried to dump the Bios (atached file)

i tried to extract and delete the Amitsesetup

but id dont know how to flash the unlocked bios within Windows because i have no flasher

so the easy solution would be to find out the master passwort pls help

Hey i bought a bios Locked...

Password can't be decrypted in this model, also you can't flash the bios with software tool within Windows, so your only option is to use a programmer. Sorry, no other way.

Hey guys!
First of all thank You all for such doing a great job and helping the community.
I just bought a Panasonic CF-19 (I think it's an MK4) and the BIOS has an unknown password set.
Model and serial numbers are: CF-19RHRC8PE and 1DKCA53107.


I tried using the UEFIExctract.exe program but it fails due to a missing dll. I managed to dump the BIOS using AFUWINGUI (attached to this post) but when using the Python script to decode it I don't get any meaningful output:

Extracting afuwin.rom

Searching afuwin.rom.dump


Can anyone help me decode the password?

I solder 8 wire on my eeprom.
I extract original bios with CH341A flasher and I edit my dump with HxD for mod bios file.
I flash mod bios file with CH341A flasher.
There is always a password on my bios.

You MUST:

• Read BIOS guides, methods, resources and tools
• Try the method at BIOS guides, methods, resources and tools before requesting help
• Explain you were not able to succeed with the methods at BIOS guides, methods, resources and tools
• Use search function in case someone already answered your request
• Post under a related thread if it exists
• Provide the full machine model number, serial number (or Service tag, SNID) and the board model number (see https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showthread.php?t=88758 )

• Provide a BIOS/EC dump if possible

post the full name and model of the laptop..look for a bios chip on the board and post the content..see on both sides of the board..

I can't find a bios chip onboard, but I can boot Windows7 on laptop and I dumped BIOS from windows and get the .rom file with AMITSESetup (see upper post, there's my file)

If someone can clear my passwords at this file - would be great, cuz I cant for a 2 days
