Sorry for the late reply, I just tried to load it but the device doesn't display 7 colors, but bios error flashes 3 yellow 6 white

I have never seen this before so I thought I would update the BIOS to see if it fixed the issue but that didn't work.
I tried to dump the bios to a file but not sure I did it correctly.

1st boot, press F2, write service tag, disable Absolute, save, restart. 2nd boot press Alt+F to exit manufacturing mode

the bios patch was successful however I've found that Absolute is enabled and greyed out, would it be possible to disable Absolute as well?
