1st boot, press F2, write service tag, disable Absolute, save (Apply changes), restart. 2nd boot press Alt+F to exit manufacturing mode

I would wonder what is wrong with your original bios. Your bios is already configured and the bios region cannot be displayed using the UEFI tool - it's all very strange.

The problem sounds a bit strange, sometimes entering the bios freezes for a few seconds and then goes back to normal. repeat. On Windows, it works normally
