Look for the bios chip, it will probably have some writing on it like 25Q256 .Make a backup of it and post it here.

I wouldn't be too disappointed if this file doesn't work.
I couldn't determine that your original file was defective.
But give it a try, I would bet it's a hardware error, which is not uncommon with Dell.
