Dell Latitude 3410 w/ 8FC8 Suffix

Hello guys,

A few days ago I bought a Dell Latitude 3410, after a while I realized that the laptop was very function limited and I tried to format it. When I tried to enter in BIOS settings, the computer asks an "Admin Unlock". This is a photo of my screen.


The code: 7C764G3-8FC8

I tried to remove the Battery CMOS but nothing happened. Can anyone help me?

Upload your bios backups here (both 16MB+8MB), and there is no need to ask the same thing twice. OK?

Hi, is there a tutorial teaching how to Bios Backup? Which program should I use? I searched this informations in the forum but i didn't find it. And really sorry for the duplicated post.

you will need an SPI programmer.

I can use a CH341a with a Test Clip or I need remove the chip from motherboard?

correctly remove the chip ... the clip will give errors..or solder wires between the programmer and the bios chip ..

I know this is not allowed here but how some people unlock this laptops with 8FC8 suffix just giving the code to they? In my reaserach I found 2 or 3 guys very rep+ offering unlock upon payment just giving the code.
