Hi Peste

I tried this from the other post with a similar request and HP model ..no display.

laptop powers on with no display and withdrawing 0.77A from the PSU fan spins but the 2 coils supplying 1.8v each get extremely Hot. but the machine doesn't cut off.

your help will be much appreciated..
