MSI Raider 10sfs / ms-17E91 ver 1.0 bios clean me region

Hello Master's;

After the Srjau change, the screen sometimes comes on, sometimes it doesn't. It comes late when it arrives. Do I need to clean me Region? If so, is there a master that can help?
