powers on and powers off in sec, anyone can help me for the bios.

TPM device not found Dell Inspiron 5590 - mantis cml mb 18778-1
Hello, I have a dell Inspiron 5590 and I have a problem with an error that is displayed every time when the laptop is powered on "TPM device not found".
Can someone help me? I will post my bios
