thanks you! stop logo dell not go to bios setup. i think error bios region, not error me region. i to try dowload bios on dell.com extract fix bios old but not displayed . i need image bios ok to extract bios region fix bios old.Attached Filesif you find these attachements useful please consider making a small donation to the site

I have a Dell Precision T1650 MT workstation (of the following spec.) that was bricked yesterday when attempting to update the BIOS from A27 to A28 per:
