Hallo masters,
I have issue with this hp laptop.
no display PROBLEEM

i have voltage but is overal 16volt. on DCJACK i have 19 vol but when i power ON laptop it turns ON but no screen. Every where i get 16 vol. 3.3 volt but no screen.

What should i do? flash bios but where can i FIND that bios TO REINSTALL IT

First of all try another Genuine HP charger. Does the white light come on on the DC jack . How do you know you need a bios ?
