I can find the A00 of the BIOS, but I cannot find A01.

What are you talking about? DELL Latitude 5290 bios versions names are in following format 1.X.Y - for example 1.8.0
Bios versions with format A01, A02 and so on are used for older models - for example Dell Latitude E6420.
Secondly what is the reason for you to search older version of the bios, what's the issue?
