Have a 900-13ISK machine (NM-A411 motherboard) where the Lenovo logo flashes up for a second, then disappears. Backlight stays on, machine still powered, but no display. This only happened after the battery was removed and refitted (CMOS reset). Doesn't work on an external display via USB-C/HDMI adaptor either.
Weird thing is, if you press FN+F2 you do see the BIOS setup screen for a second, and the display disappears with just the backlight still on. Kind of suspecting a screen issue, but if someone could patch this BIOS I'll give that a go first. Don't have any spare displays lying around for this model.

Youve posted in 8 different threads with the same request and received an infraction and warning. Is the bios you want for the 900-13ISK NM-A411 or something else.If its for a different model then find a related thread topic to post in,or start your own thread.
Oops. The EC is a IT8396VG-192, forgot to do the Config ITE button for 192kb flash in my SVOD.
Unfortunately, the problem remains the same, and it does seem to be a weird display issue. Novo button brings up the Novo menu for a brief second and it returns to blank display with backlight. Given it's a 7yr old device and the display isn't exactly cheap it might be binned. I'll feed back if I find something out down the track. It's from one of my other computer shops.

you can try a different screen the same size or smaller. Not sure about this model but a lot of them won`t give an external image via HDMI until windows starts to boot.
Handballing it back to the original shop to try another screen. This is an unusual design, in that all the screen and touch etc are on an individual flat ribbon cable to the main board. So I wouldn't be surprised if the fault was ribbon cable related.. He originally wiped Windows before doing any troubleshooting on the original fault (which was something to do with Wifi).
